Undoubtedly the most important aspect of this ranking for us is receiving the additional distinction — “Client satisfaction”. ❤ Running a regulatory practice, we often encounter unexpected difficulties — differing interpretations of the law, breakdowns in cooperation between various authorities, waiting for proceedings to conclude, the lack of a uniform practice — all of which make our work extremely interesting but, at the same time… sometimes it is hard to convey these nuances to clients and ask them for “just a moment’s patience”. After all, this work is about delivering solutions, obtaining permits, solving problems and advising on innovative projects — often under very tight deadlines. 🎉
That is why it gives us immense joy that — despite the various obstacles on the way to the goal — clients appreciate our work, our commitment to their cases, the ideas we present and our sometimes very unconventional solutions. So we can proudly say that yes, we are a “Team to watch”! 💕 And given how interesting and out-of-the-ordinary the cases our clients entrust to us are, we are confident that this year too will be full of challenges on the procedural, intellectual and regulatory front (and also, somewhat unusually, the travel front!).
