💡 The first volume of a new commentary on the Commercial Companies Code, published by C.H.Beck and co-authored by BLSK Legal lawyers, has just been released. ✒️ Katarzyna Bilewska and Antoni Żukowski commented on the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code (KSH) concerning disputes in the limited liability company and the simple joint-stock company — namely the challenging of resolutions, the exclusion of a shareholder and the liability of members of company bodies.
