We are pleased to announce that Karolina Leszek has joined BLSK Legal’s Grants, Development Incentives and State Aid Team as Project Manager! Karolina is an expert with extensive experience working with clients from the SME sector and large enterprises operating across a range of industries — from medical, cosmetics, agriculture and food, to automotive and textiles. She specialises in research and development projects, supporting the acquisition of European funding from many sources (including BGK, MF, NCBiR, NFOŚiGW and PARP). Between 2015 and 2019 she worked at the National Centre for Research and Development, where she trained thousands of experts to assess R&D projects, chaired expert panels and coordinated appeal procedures. Then, between 2019 and 2025, at the Dentons law firm, she independently led numerous research and development projects and trained entrepreneurs in preparing and defending funding applications. She has also taken part in industry conferences, including the Global Drone Conference, and led workshops in the 3rd and 6th editions of the Innovation Manager Academy organised by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
