Patrycja is an expert with over 20 years of experience in public policy, regulatory affairs and strategic communication. She specializes in institutional dialogue, legislative analysis, and the design of advocacy, public affairs and communication strategies, with a particular focus on regulated sectors – including digital, telecommunications, infrastructure and media.

She has worked with leading companies in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe, including UPC, Liberty Global and Play, representing their interests before public authorities, regulators and EU institutions. Over the years, she has held senior leadership roles in international corporate structures and served on the boards of key industry organizations, including the Lewiatan Confederation, the Private Media Employers Association, the Polish Chamber of Electronic Communication (PIKE), and the National Chamber of Electronics and Telecommunications.

At BLSK, she is responsible for developing public affairs and public policy practice. She supports clients in building long-term relationships with regulators, creating strategies that foster constructive dialogue, regulatory predictability and long-term business value. She has led numerous public affairs campaigns, offers deep sector-specific expertise, and has a proven track record in advocacy and strategic communication. She specializes in designing and implementing institutional engagement plans and comprehensive advocacy strategies.
