Advocate. He specialises in civil, commercial and corporate law. He represents companies and investors in complex court disputes, including commercial and registration proceedings, as well as in securing claims. Radosław’s practice includes, inter alia, cases concerning challenging resolutions of corporate bodies, protection of shareholders’ rights, prevention of corporate blackmail, and civil liability of management board members. He advises on corporate governance, risk management in companies and associations, as well as on matters concerning the termination of investments in companies, particularly in situations of disputes between shareholders. As part of his pro bono activity, Radosław is involved in precedent-setting cases concerning the protection of personal rights and the limits of freedom of speech.
