Advocate. He specialises in conducting court and arbitration proceedings. In recent years, Antoni has acted as counsel in disputes concerning, inter alia, construction contracts, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, settlements between consortium partners, repayment of State aid and the protection of personal rights. He has experience in contract advisory work and in providing ongoing legal services to one of the leading construction companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw and author of numerous academic publications on civil procedure, arbitration and civil law. He regularly speaks at conferences on civil procedure and arbitration.
