Partner, attorney-at-law specialising in court and arbitration proceedings. For nearly 30 years he has conducted the largest Polish commercial, administrative and civil proceedings. He has repeatedly represented parties in proceedings concluded with precedent-setting judgments that had a significant impact on the development of case law. He has participated in over 100 court proceedings with a total value in dispute exceeding EUR 2 billion. Author of a programme on court disputes, focusing on providing pro bono legal assistance in matters concerning the protection of human rights.

EXPERIENCE

Advising a foreign investor in a multi-layered dispute concerning an investment in a high-class office building in Warsaw.
Representing a developer and its subsidiaries in a series of real estate disputes related to claims for compensation, expropriation and access to infrastructure.
Representing clients in many of the largest cases in Poland before all major courts, including the Supreme Court.
Representing and advising clients from various sectors, including pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, banking, civil engineering, infrastructure and real estate, as well as effective representation of investors in disputes with state authorities.
Developing dispute resolution strategies, managing the handling of multi-aspect court proceedings and leading teams of lawyers.
