Advocate. He represents clients in complex court disputes at every stage of contentious proceedings – from pre-trial negotiations through to enforcement proceedings. Mateusz’s practice covers a broad spectrum of damages claims, including competition law, regulatory matters, intellectual property and the liability of company officers, as well as cases concerning the protection of shareholders’ rights and the challenging of resolutions of company bodies. As part of his pro bono work, Mateusz is involved in cases concerning the protection of personal rights.
