Mateusz’s practice covers a broad spectrum of damages claims, including competition law, regulatory issues, intellectual property law, and civil liability of company officers, as well as matters concerning the protection of shareholders’ rights and challenging resolutions of corporate bodies. As part of his pro bono activity, Mateusz is involved in cases concerning the protection of personal rights.
