He specialises in Polish and EU State aid law, in particular the legal, technical and financial aspects of securing non-commercial project financing – including EU funds, government grants and tax incentives.
EXPERIENCE
- Comprehensive management of processes related to applying for grants and tax reliefs, including client support from the analysis of available financing sources, through the development of application strategies and preparation of documentation, to final project settlement.
- Strategic advisory services regarding investment incentives, research and development activities, research agendas, business plans and financing strategies.
- Participation in initiatives promoting the use of tax reliefs for R&D activities and obtaining tax exemptions within the Polish Investment Zone.
- Participation in grant initiatives with a total value exceeding PLN 3 billion and contribution to obtaining over PLN 1.5 billion in public funds.
