Associate in the Grants, Development Incentives and Innovation Team at BLSK. Expert in public aid law and financing of R&D and investment projects. He specialises in Polish and EU public aid law, in particular in the legal, substantive and financial aspects related to obtaining non-commercial financing for projects – including EU funds, government grants and tax incentives.
EXPERIENCE
- Advising Polish and international enterprises (from SMEs to large corporations) on the identification, optimisation and implementation of investments and innovations in sectors such as manufacturing, new technologies, automotive, IT and food processing.

Comprehensive management of processes related to applying for grants and tax reliefs, including client support from the analysis of available financing sources, through the development of application strategies and preparation of documentation, to final project settlement.

Strategic advisory services regarding investment incentives, research and development activities, research agendas, business plans and financing strategies.

Participation in initiatives promoting the use of tax reliefs for R&D activities and obtaining tax exemptions within the Polish Investment Zone.

Participation in grant initiatives with a total value exceeding PLN 3 billion and contribution to obtaining over PLN 1.5 billion in public funds.
