Attorney-at-law with over 20 years of experience representing clients in tax, customs and fiscal audits, as well as in tax proceedings before the National Revenue Administration authorities and administrative courts. She has repeatedly appeared as counsel before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Constitutional Tribunal. She represents clients in disputes concerning, inter alia, corporate income tax, withholding tax, value added tax, excise duty and real estate tax.
EXPERIENCE

Representing clients in tax, customs and fiscal audits and tax proceedings before tax authorities, as well as in disputes before administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court.

Acting as counsel before the Court of Justice of the European Union in tax cases and, in selected instances, in proceedings concerning trade marks.

Representing members of management boards of Polish and foreign capital companies in preparatory proceedings concerning fiscal criminal liability.

Conducting cases concerning joint and several liability of management board members of capital companies for tax arrears of companies in situations of insolvency.

Representing domestic and international enterprises in civil proceedings, as well as advising in the area of public procurement and conducting cases before the National Appeals Chamber.
