Comprehensive legal advice for local government units and municipal companies, covering civil and administrative proceedings as well as regulatory and permitting matters.
Advice on FIT/FIP support schemes for producers of energy from agricultural biogas and biomethane.
Advice on supply chain contracting for offshore wind farms.
Involved in projects of considerable value to the Polish energy sector, including the investment process for the construction of a nuclear power plant and offshore wind farms, and the procurement process for the construction and long-term servicing of conventional power plants.
Legal support in environmental law – including DPR/EDPR documentation, registration in the Waste Database (BDO), management of waste electrical and electronic equipment and of batteries and accumulators, product fees and the operation of water facilities.
Representing businesses in court disputes concerning, among others, the operation of waste incineration plants and claims under a packaging recovery organisation agreement.
Verification and implementation of a procedure for lowering the heat carrier temperature in a district heating network, with particular regard to consumer protection rules.
Compliance support for businesses – including mitigation of ESG-related risks and greenwashing allegations.
