Advocate. She specialises in life sciences matters, in particular in regulations concerning the pharmaceutical sector, including the manufacture of medicinal products and wholesale distribution. She also handles legal issues relating to medical devices, reimbursement, and dietary supplements. She has extensive practice in environmental law, including obtaining environmental decisions and permits, handling cases concerning soil contamination, as well as matters requiring specialised knowledge of chemical regulations, including REACH and CLP. She provides advisory services to entities from the FMCG sector, with particular emphasis on issues related to packaging and packaging waste management. She represents clients in administrative proceedings before regulatory and customs authorities, conducts proceedings before administrative courts, and provides legal support in negotiations with business partners and in transaction execution.
