Partner, attorney-at-law specialising in litigation and arbitration. For nearly 30 years he has conducted the largest Polish commercial, administrative and civil proceedings. He has repeatedly represented parties in cases concluded with precedent-setting rulings that significantly influenced the development of case law. He has taken part in over 100 court proceedings with a combined amount in dispute exceeding EUR 2 billion. Author of a litigation programme focused on providing pro bono legal assistance in human rights matters.

EXPERIENCE

Advising a foreign investor in a multi-faceted dispute concerning an investment in a high-end office building in Warsaw.
Representing a developer and its subsidiaries in a series of real estate disputes related to claims for compensation, expropriation and access to infrastructure.
Representing clients in many of the largest cases in Poland before all major courts, including the Supreme Court.
Representing and advising clients from various sectors, including pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, banking, civil engineering, infrastructure and real estate, as well as effective representation of investors in disputes with state authorities.
Developing dispute resolution strategies, managing the handling of multi-aspect court proceedings and leading teams of lawyers.
