Consultant, fifth-year student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, with over five years of professional experience gained, inter alia, through cooperation with the Warsaw office of the international law firm Dentons. Her scope of competence includes the analysis of development projects from a formal and legal perspective, preparation of comprehensive project documentation, and support in processes of applying for financing from national funds and European Union funds. She also cooperates in dispute matters with public administration authorities, including proceedings before administrative courts. She has also been involved in cooperation with European Union structures, acting as an EU Careers Ambassador by EPSO, deepening her knowledge of the functioning of EU institutions, their operational strategies and development objectives of the European Union.

EXPERIENCE

Advising on optimisation of financing structures in relation to companies’ development plans, taking into account available national and European instruments.
Preparing complete application documentation within grant calls organised, inter alia, by PARP, NCBR, BGK, NFOŚiGW and NFZ, including formal and legal analyses and fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
Analysing investment and research and development projects in terms of compliance with national and EU regulations and the requirements of financing institutions.
Cooperation in disputes with public administration authorities, including proceedings before administrative courts.
Preparing and supporting the implementation of projects financed from public funds in sectors such as, inter alia, healthcare, automotive, IT and energy.
Legal and organisational support at the stage of implementation and settlement of funded projects, including preparation of explanations, corrections and correspondence with intermediary institutions.
