- Supporting clients in the implementation of personal data protection projects and artificial intelligence–based solutions.
- Advising on matters governed by telecommunications law, including drafting and negotiating telecommunications agreements, as well as representing telecommunications undertakings in proceedings before the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).
- Legal support for the implementation of IT systems in enterprises and other IT-related projects.
- Representing clients in disputes concerning infringements of intellectual property rights, both at the pre-litigation and litigation stages.
