Preparation of application documentation for projects co-financed from European Union funds under competitive programmes (including NCBR, PARP, the Ministry of State Assets, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan), as well as assessment of eligibility of EU-funded expenditure.
Supporting clients in the preparation of tender documentation in public procurement proceedings and tenders conducted by beneficiaries of EU funds.
Drafting legal opinions and analyses in matters related to state aid, in particular in the context of legal issues and disputes arising from the implementation of EU-funded projects (including proceedings involving the European Commission, the European Court of Auditors, and OLAF).
Advising beneficiaries of EU funds (ERDF, CF, JTF, FEnIKS, NFOŚiGW) on project settlement and compliance with reporting obligations, including preparation and verification of payment applications, expenditure schedules and substantive reports; monitoring compliance of expenses with project budgets and eligibility rules in accordance with managing authority guidelines; operation of IT systems supporting project reporting (including SL2014, CST2021, LSI); and providing ongoing consultations on the interpretation of grant agreements and programme guidelines.
