Associate in BLSK’s Life Sciences team. She specialises in pharmaceutical law, food law, cosmetics law and public procurement law. She advises entities operating in regulated markets, including in relation to medicinal products, medical devices and food supplements, on matters concerning placing products on the market, distribution, clinical trials, advertising and compliance. She gained her experience in the life sciences teams of renowned law firms, as well as during secondments to the in-house legal teams of clients from the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries.

EXPERIENCE

Ongoing legal support and regulatory advice for entities in regulated industries, including promotional campaigns, terms and conditions, and rules of cooperation with business partners.
Assessing and structuring business models for pharmaceutical companies, pharmacy chains and healthcare providers, including in cross-border projects.
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing agreements and internal procedures for entities in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
Participating in due diligence reviews, including identifying regulatory risks and preparing due diligence reports.
Legal advice for entities in the agri-food industry on information provided to consumers about food, including the labelling and presentation of food products.
Supporting clients during internal audits and official inspections, including in administrative proceedings.
Advising on public procurement law in the healthcare sector and representing clients before the National Appeals Chamber (Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza).
