FAQ
What services do we provide?
We provide legal assistance across all standard areas of law. Our core advisory and representation services include in particular: court and arbitration proceedings, legal regulatory advisory, and legal risk management.
How can you contact us?
You may contact the Law Firm by telephone, email, or via the contact form. We offer in-person or online meetings exclusively by prior appointment.
Is a written agreement for legal services required?
Yes. Legal assistance is provided on the basis of written agreements concluded with Clients. Such agreements are governed by Polish law and the rules governing the provision of legal services arising from applicable laws and the professional codes of ethics of advocates and attorneys-at-law.
Do we hold professional liability insurance?
What are the terms of remuneration?
The terms of remuneration are agreed individually at the commencement of cooperation. We apply either hourly rates or flat fees, depending on the nature of the matter and the Client’s preferences.
What is professional secrecy?
Professional secrecy, arising from applicable legal regulations, entails an obligation to maintain confidentiality of all information obtained in connection with the provision of legal assistance. This obligation is permanent, is not subject to limitation periods, and neither attorneys-at-law nor advocates may be released from it.
When is the Law Firm unable to accept a case?
We do not accept matters where the conflict-of-interest assessment demonstrates that we would be unable to provide legal assistance or represent the Client in an impartial and independent manner.
Does the Law Firm engage in pro bono activities?
Yes. We handle pro bono matters and have documented experience confirmed by our portfolio. Each pro bono matter is accepted following an individual assessment of its nature and arrangements agreed between the Client and the Law Firm.
