Advocate. He specialises in litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on representing defendants in complex civil and commercial disputes. He has experience in disputes arising from construction contracts and matters related to the broader construction and investment process, as well as in complex insolvency and restructuring matters. He has acted as counsel in numerous insurance disputes, representing clients in matters involving insurance coverage, liability and claims arising from insurance contracts. His practice also includes business criminal law and representation in White-Collar Crime matters. Alongside his contentious practice, he acts as a court mediator and is included on the list of mediators maintained by the President of the Regional Court in Warsaw.

Counsel in construction disputes, in particular those involving contractual penalties, additional works, contract price adjustments, and bank and insurance guarantees.
Counsel in insurance law disputes.
Counsel in arbitration proceedings conducted under the ICC, KIG and Lewiatan arbitration rules.
Defence counsel and representative of victims in white-collar criminal proceedings.
Counsel and mediator in court-annexed and out-of-court mediations.
