- Representation in arbitration proceedings concerning the protection of foreign investments (BITs);
- Representation of clients in administrative and judicial-administrative proceedings concerning the compulsory restructuring of banks domiciled in Poland;
- Representation of one of the largest insurance companies in arbitration and post-arbitration proceedings related to the comprehensive implementation of an IT system;
- Managed tasks related to the support, monitoring, and operational continuity of systems of strategic importance, including Starlink satellite communications infrastructure and e-Toll system components;
- Substantive development and coordination of legislative work on amendments to the Telecommunications Law (specifically in spectrum management, telecommunications confidentiality, obligations related to national defense and security, premium rate services, and contracting regulations);
- Conducted high-level EU negotiations regarding net neutrality (TSM), data protection (GDPR), and privacy (e-Privacy);
- Representation of a major investor in long-term arbitration and post-arbitration proceedings against an office space tenant;
