Advocate. Professor at the University of Warsaw. Expert with over 20 years of experience in commercial law and corporate disputes. She specialises in complex commercial and regulatory proceedings, representing clients, inter alia, from the real estate, energy, and food industry sectors. She has extensive practice in matters concerning shareholders, corporate bodies, and investors, also in a cross-border context. Author of over 200 publications in civil and commercial law, commentator on provisions of the Commercial Companies Code concerning challenges to shareholders’ resolutions and managers’ liability, and co-author of the new corporate arbitration rules (Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, 2022).

Advising and representing a public company in connection with so-called corporate blackmail by a minority shareholder.
Representing a public company from the energy sector in a dispute concerning the granting of discharge to members of the management board and supervisory board.
Representing a public company from the TMT sector and its subsidiaries in court and securing proceedings concerning the shaping of the personal composition of corporate bodies.
Representing an investment fund in a shareholders’ dispute within the largest Polish food industry holding.
Representing a manufacturing company and its leading shareholder in a dispute concerning the acquisition of an organised part of an enterprise and the liquidation of a company.
Providing pre-litigation advice to a food sector company in connection with changes in the company’s management.
Advising and representing a client in arbitration proceedings concerning the settlement of an M&A transaction.
Providing litigation and contractual advice related to the exit of a key shareholder from a company in the new technologies sector.
