She specialises in complex commercial and regulatory proceedings, representing clients, inter alia, from the real estate, energy, and food industry sectors. She has extensive practice in matters concerning shareholders, corporate bodies, and investors, also in a cross-border context. Author of over 200 publications in civil and commercial law, commentator on provisions of the Commercial Companies Code concerning challenges to shareholders’ resolutions and managers’ liability, and co-author of the new corporate arbitration rules (Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, 2022).
