- Advising a client from the real estate sector in a precedent-setting case concerning compensation for lost rent due to premature termination of a lease agreement.
- Advising a client from the food industry in arbitration proceedings concerning a claim for the conclusion of a preliminary agreement.
- Advising a client from the construction industry in proceedings before the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (SOKiK) and obtaining a precedent-setting ruling confirming the independence of an in-house legal adviser employed by a controlled undertaking.
- Advising a client from the food industry in post-M&A arbitration proceedings concerning a claim under a warranty included in a share purchase agreement.
- Advising a client from the banking sector in court proceedings concerning the reconciliation of the content of the land and mortgage register with the actual legal status.
- Advising a client from the payment services sector in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) concerning allegations related to the content of the client’s internal regulations.
- Advising a client from the energy sector in a dispute concerning the crossing of neighbouring property boundaries by an investment.
DISTINCTIONS
- 1st place in the 7th edition of the competition for the Award of the President of the Public Prosecutor General of the Republic of Poland for the best master’s thesis in the field of judicial law, for the thesis entitled “Admissibility of the defence of set-off in civil proceedings”.
- 1st place in the global final of the Foreign Direct Arbitration Moot Court Competition 2022.
