Advocate. He specialises in conducting court and arbitration proceedings. In recent years, the disputes in which Antoni has acted as counsel have concerned, inter alia, construction contracts, real estate transactions, M&A transactions, settlements between consortium partners, recovery of public aid, and the protection of personal rights. He has experience in contractual advisory services and in the ongoing legal support of one of the leading construction companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw, author of numerous academic publications in the field of civil procedure, arbitration and civil law. He regularly appears as a speaker at conferences devoted to civil proceedings and arbitration.
EXPERIENCE
- Acting as counsel in construction disputes concerning, inter alia, changes to lump-sum remuneration, contractual penalties, bank guarantees, and settlement of additional works.
- Representation in disputes relating to M&A agreements.
- Legal services for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
- Participation in arbitration proceedings conducted under various rules (ICC, Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, Lewiatan Arbitration Court, NAI), post-arbitration proceedings, and numerous mediations.
