We are looking for a person to fill an assistant position, responsible for providing administrative support to the firm’s lawyers. Position: Assistant to the legal team
Form of cooperation: Contract of employment, B2B
Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing document management – editing, formatting, compiling and archiving documents;
  • Preparing pleadings and their attachments for filing with courts and authorities;
  • Managing meeting calendars and court or administrative deadlines;
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Organising client meetings, conferences and internal events;
  • Preparing materials for meetings and presentations;
  • Day-to-day administrative support for the team of lawyers.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an assistant role at a law firm (experience in a dispute resolution department will be an additional asset);
  • Very good command of English (both spoken and written);
  • Proficiency with MS Office, in particular MS Word and PowerPoint;
  • Independence, responsibility and punctuality;
  • Accuracy, organisation, diligence and effective time management;
  • Proactivity and a willingness to take on new challenges.
