Position: Associate / Senior Associate – Data Protection, AI and TMT

Location: Katowice
Responsibilities:
- Regulatory advisory: comprehensive legal support on GDPR, e-privacy, cybersecurity (NIS 2, DORA) and digital-market regulation (DSA, DMA) for clients in the TMT, e-commerce and OTT sectors.
- Technology projects: legal support for projects in AI/ML, adtech campaigns, cross-media and the rollout of new digital services.
- Telecommunications law: advice on inter-operator cooperation and access rules.
- Contracts and documentation: drafting and reviewing contracts (including SaaS, hosting and implementation agreements), privacy policies, DPIAs and Terms of Service.
- Legislative monitoring: tracking and implementing new regulations (including the AI Act, Data Act and Data Governance Act).
Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years’ experience advising on personal data protection and/or new-technologies law;
- The professional title of legal counsel (radca prawny) / advocate (adwokat), or completion of the 3rd year of training (aplikacja), or well-established, expert knowledge of new-technologies law;
- Very good, practical command of English (spoken and written);
- An interest in the development of regulations concerning AI and the digital market.
