We are pleased to announce that Antoni Żukowski has joined our team! Antoni is an advocate with broad experience in court and arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on complex construction and infrastructure disputes. For the past five years he was an in-house lawyer at one of the key companies in the construction sector listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). He represented general contractors and subcontractors in matters relating to, among others, the modification of lump-sum remuneration, contractual penalties, bank guarantees and the settlement of additional works. He took part in arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the ICC, the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (SA KIG) and the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration, and also handled post-arbitration cases and mediations, including before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Legal Advisers (PGRP). Antoni is the author of publications on civil law and civil procedure, runs civil procedure workshops at the University of Warsaw, and is preparing a doctoral dissertation on enforcement proceedings. He is deputy secretary of the editorial board of “Polski Proces Cywilny” (Polish Civil Procedure) and regularly speaks at academic and industry conferences.
