Practice
Radosław is an advocate trainee at the Warsaw Bar. He specializes in civil, commercial and corporate law, with particular focus on disputes concerning challenging resolutions of company authorities, disputes among shareholders and between shareholders and their companies, as well as issues of liability for damages. He advises on complex litigation for companies and investors, prepares strategies, legal opinions and pleadings before courts of all instances.
