Practice

Antoni is an advocate specialising in litigation and arbitration. His experience includes handling complex disputes from the infrastructure and construction sector, contractual advice and ongoing legal support for one of the key companies in the construction sector listed on the WSE.

Disputes in which Antoni has acted as an attorney have included lump sum fee changes, contractual penalties, bank guarantees or settlement of additional works. Antoni has represented both general contractors in disputes with investors and subcontractors. He is also experienced in employment disputes, administrative disputes (before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office) as well as bankruptcy and restructuring disputes.

Antoni was involved in arbitration proceedings conducted under various rules (ICC, Court of Arbitration at the PCC, Lewiatan Court of Arbitration) and in post-arbitration proceedings. He has also participated in numerous mediations.

Antoni is also active in the academic field. He is the author of a number of scientific publications on civil procedure as well as substantive civil law, and regularly speaks at conferences dealing with civil procedure and arbitration. He is currently preparing his PhD dissertation dealing with enforcement proceedings at the University of Warsaw, where he also teaches civil procedure. Antoni is deputy secretary of the editorial board of the journal ‘Polski Proces Cywilny’ and a member of the Scientific Society of Civil Processualists.
