Practice

Dariusz is a multidisciplinary legal counsel with vast experience ranging from environmental law, through energy law, to public procurement law. In significant parts of his career, he has provided comprehensive legal advice for local government units and municipal companies, which included civil and administrative proceedings, as well as regulatory and permitting issues. Water, sewage and waste (contamination) treatment topics being in the front line of his day-to-day duties. He has also been involved in projects of substantial value for the polish energy sector.

Most recently Dariusz gained experience in top-tier law firms in Warsaw, where he had the chance to further develop his business focused attitude.

At BLSK Legal, Dariusz supports the team in litigation, regulatory and contractual matters. Among other tasks, he is involved in preparing legal opinions and analysis, that not seldom benefit from his broad perspective.

Dariusz holds post-graduate degrees in environmental law and in aviation law.
