Practice

Konrad is a part of Grants and Development Incentives Practice in BLSK. He specializes in Polish and EU aid law public and financial aspects of obtaining support for the development activities of enterprises. Advises on obtaining financing for investments and research and development activities from noncommercial sources.

Conducts analyses in the field of eligibility of expenditure co-financed by the EU budget, the legal status of companies, the possibilities of cumulation of state aid and other issues legal framework for the implementation of projects co-financed from EU funds.

He has experience in identifying, optimizing an process of obtaining support for Polish and foreign entities from the production sector, food processing, new technologies, automotive, IT and other industries. He has supported clients in the largest investment and R&D projects in the Poland, helping them to take advantage of tax reliefs and investment grants.

Previously, for over 6 years he was associated with Dentons’ Warsaw office.
