Practice

Karolina Leszek is a Project Manager in Grants and Development Incentives Practice at BLSK.
Among other things, she gained experience working in 2015-2019 at the largest institution responsible for implementing programs for research and development (the National Research and Development Centre). During this time she prepared thousands of Experts to evaluate R&D projects. Through direct cooperation with them, she developed high standards for evaluating projects. In addition, she chaired Expert Panels evaluating applications for funding and coordinated the work of a team specializing in carrying out the appeal procedure.
During 2019-2025, Karolina independently led more than a dozen R&D projects and trained and prepared dozens of companies to present and defend proposals before Project Evaluation Committees. She has conducted both workshops dedicated to individual companies specializing in various industries and sectors, as well as nationwide industry conferences, such as the Global Drone Conference in Kielce, and training programs implemented by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development entitled Innovation Manager Academy – 3rd and 6th editions.

Area of Specialization

She has extensive experience in cooperating with Clients and assisting in the process of preparation and evaluation of R&D projects in order to obtain European funds (e.g. from BGK, MF, NCBiR, NFOŚiGW, PARP) for: development of innovative projects, new investments and implementation of modern technologies, as well as in consulting for companies (both SMEs and large entities) from various industries and industrial sectors (including food, automotive, cosmetics, textile, agricultural or medical industries).
She specializes in comprehensive proposal preparation and guiding companies through the process of evaluating research and development projects. She works closely with Experts from various fields of science. And also conducts numerous training courses for Clients (SME and large entities) involved in the process of substantive evaluation of applications for funding.

Polish and foreign enterprises: conducting training sessions for clients preparing them to present and defend their applications before Panels of Experts evaluating R&D projects.
