Practice

Grzegorz works as a Managing Counsel in Grants and Development Incentives Practice at BLSK.
He specializes in legal issues concerning state aid and broadly understood subsidies from national funds and EU funds. He gained experience working for PKP PLK S.A. and the National Centre for Research and Development. In 2018 – 2024 associated with the Warsaw office Dentons, where he advised the largest companies and institutions in disputes and problems legal services related to the grants and applications for subsidies.
Grzegorz led teams responsible for comprehensive support for clients in the preparation of their development plans, taking into account state aid.
Represented applicants-beneficiaries in disputes related to the acquisition and settlement of funds from the EU budget, including in a number of public procurement administrative courts. Author of numerous publications with the scope of accounting and eligibility of EU funds, published, among others, in the „Finance Public”.
