Aleksandra Jurga-Więckowska, associate in the Grants and Development Incentives Practice at BLSK.
Aleksandra specializes in issues related to obtaining financing for investments and research and development activities from non-commercial sources and public aid (including EU funds).
She has experience in the field of: preparation of application documentation for projects co-financed from European Funds under competitions m.in. NCRD, PAED, Ministry of State Assets, National Recovery and Resilience Plan, eligibility of expenditure co-financed from European Union funds.
Aleksandra supports the team in the development of tender documentation in public procurement proceedings and tenders organized by beneficiaries of EU funds.
She also has experience in preparing legal opinions and analyses in state aid cases, especially in the context of problems and legal disputes related to the implementation of projects co-financed from the EU budget (European Commission, European Court of Auditors, OLAF).
