Practice

Łukasz Figacz works as a Project Manager in the Grants and Development Incentives Practice at BLSK.

He has extensive experience in area of ​​public aid law, gained during over 12 years of work at Deloitte and Dentons Europe.

Łukasz handles cases related to, among others:

• obtaining and settling non-commercial financing for Polish and international clients,
• developing financial and economic analyses, business plans and feasibility studies,
• assisting in the process of identifying, classifying, estimating and recording costs of research and development activities, including preparing the Defence file for the needs of the R&D tax relief,
• conducting analyses in the field of public aid, including Private Investor/Creditor Tests,
• notifications of public aid to the European Commission.
