As Director of the Telecommunications Department in the Ministry of Digital Affairs, he was instrumental in the implementation of digital terrestrial television, the promotion of broadband investment, and the development of telecommunications and postal law. His efforts included close collaboration with postal operators to modernize postal services and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
